ELEKTRO-LINDÉN was founded in 1970. Since 1998 it is a management-owned company. Our modern production plant and officies are located in Helsingborg in the south of Sweden. Here we produce our Cable Entry Flanges and Cable Spreader Boxes, that ensures tight and safe cable-entry into the enclosures and boxes of todays complex electrical and data systems.

The demands on the cable-entry varies a lot depending on environment and application. Here are some examples:

Data-cable enclosures in climatized indoor environment, electrical cabinets in food-industry subject to daily cleaning with 70-degree high-pressure water, high-power cables entering its enclosure in a mine, power-cables for natural-gas pipe-line turbines in Siberian winter climate and solar-energy plants in Arabic desert-climate.

When an ELEKTRO-LINDEN Cable Entry Flange or Cable Spreader Box has been mounted, it must maintain its performance year after year, why independent testing of our products is important to us. Not only extreme temperatures and high-pressure hot water cleaning has to be taken into account. The sun shines on our outdoor-mounted products and the UV-light of the sun effects especially plastic (polymer) materials. One example of external product tests that has been made, is a long-term UV-light test.
